WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED. We will accept returns for faulty items within 30 days from your original purchase THIS IS ONLY GIVEN IF WE FEEL THE ITEM has not been used. The return shipping and handling fee will not be covered by Climax unless the product is incorrect or deemed to be faulty. Email us at oR fill out a contact form with your order number and we will discuss your return/refund further. We do not accept returns on sale items
We will endeavour to ship your order as soon as reasonably practicable during normal business hours. Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping costs are added to your cart at check out. Please provide a physical street address. Please understand that was are not liable for damage or missing items as issues like this are not caused by us all though in most circumstances we are happy to replace the item.
