Cancellations and Refunds Please note $500 of the deposit is non-refundable If a medical reason or emergency arrises and you choose to pull out of the trip before 1/11/23 we will refund the remaining costs (excluding the $500 non-refundable deposit). From the 1/12/23 we will not be able to issue any amount of refund (the full cost becomes non-refundable. If during this time you decide you are unable to make it we will accept the ticket being sold to someone who is interest in taking your place (this must be organised by yourself) but do keep us informed.
